When elegance meets purpose, magic happens. ✨ This spring, I had the incredible opportunity to photograph Breakthrough T1D’s annual “OneParty” fundraiser - an inspiring and beautifully executed event hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas. It was a night to remember…filled with bold design moments, meaningful cause-driven celebration, and the kind of energy that reminds me why I love photographing luxury events like this one!
The evening brought together community leaders, philanthropists, and supporters to raise a staggering $1.7 million for type 1 diabetes research and advocacy! It wasn’t just a gala - it was a full-sensory experience that started from the moment guests arrived.
Stylish, Sophisticated, and Purposeful
From a thoughtfully designed outdoor cocktail space with vibrant florals and citrus-toned bar setups, to an elegant seated dinner with dramatic uplighting and artful centerpieces, every detail reflected high-end planning with heart behind it. The event design struck a perfect balance between celebratory and meaningful - two things I always aim to capture in my photography.
A Full-Day Celebration With Heart
The fundraiser wasn’t limited to the gala itself. The day began with a charity golf tournament, complete with sponsor tents, food trucks, and lots of camaraderie. I love events that bring people together in both casual and elegant settings - it tells a full story, and I’m always honored to be there to document both!
