Hello everyone.
I'm Lisa, a documentary photographer living in Lockhart, Texas, the “BBQ Capital of Texas” and just 30 miles south of Austin, Texas.
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started with a Canon 35mm film camera as a teenager and took it everywhere — from my hometown of Austin, Texas to Italy.
I spent ten years in Philadelphia working as a full-time wedding photographer while also developing a love for street photography.
After a decade in Philadelphia, I moved back to Austin to be closer to family. In 2012, after losing my partner to a brain aneurysm, I channeled my energy and opened my own wedding photography business. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing countless weddings, each one a unique reflection of the couple’s love and story.
As a documentary photographer, I believe in capturing the real moments — the ones that tell your story and preserve your history. I’ve traveled all over the world for my clients, but every wedding is unique, and I’m always honored to help tell your personal narrative through my lens.
I look forward to capturing your special day.
Fun Facts: When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me at home with my two rescue dogs, one peach-faced lovebird, and 12 chickens.
